SHIPPING

All domestic orders are fully insured and shipped via UPS next day air or 2nd day air and require signature upon delivery. Orders over $5,000 will ship UPS next day air.

Orders submitted Monday - Friday prior to 1PM EST will commence processing and ship within 1-2 business days.

Orders submitted Monday - Friday after 1PM EST will commence processing the next business day and will ship within 1-2 business days.

 

EXCHANGES

Unworn and unaltered jewelry is eligible for a shopping credit or exchange within 14 days from purchase date. Refunds are not offered. Returned jewelry must be in pristine and sellable condition. All custom and special orders are final sale.  Please email info@suleejewelry.com for all exchange inquiries.
